Challenge: familiarizing international clients with Finnish grocery store and food
Turun Osuuskauppa, i.e. TOK, is a regional co-operative owned by consumers. TOK provides services and benefits to its 176 000 members and is known for its grocery stores Sale, S-Market and Prisma.
Going to a grocery store in a foreign country is interesting and exciting but, at the same time, different customs and new products can make one’s head spin. To better serve its international clientele, TOK is interested in finding ways to make Finnish grocery store and food familiar also among people who don’t speak Finnish or know Finnish food products.
