Kalavapriikki is a fish company based in Kuopio. We offer both traditional and straightforward as well as trendy and surprising flavors – made from fresh domestic fish. Last year, we launched a pulled rainbow trout product made using Hailia Oy’s technology. The product combines unique new technology, sustainability, good nutritional values, and ease of use.

In our challenge, student teams get to develop an export strategy for a completely new and innovative rainbow trout product.
