Innovation Festival’s Company Challenges 2025 are now published
Company challenges for the upcoming Flavoria Innovation Festival have been worked on during these past months, and now is the the time to publish them! This November, student teams get to tackle interesting fish industry challenges related to product development, marketing, package design, export, and internationality. The main themes of the week, as in the previous year, are sustainability and the circular economy.
Joining us this year are Kalaneuvos, Hätälä, Järki Särki, Kalavapriikki, and Turku Market Hall’s fish shops S. Wallin and Herkkunuotta.
Kalaneuvos: Developing a rainbow trout product for young consumers
Hätälä: Fish delicacy for the international taste of Generation Z
Järki Särki: Making Järki Särki an appealing everyday fish dish for young people
Kalavapriikki: Exporting Pulled Rainbow Trout Product to the European Market
S. Wallin ja Herkkunuotta: Marketing the fish shops’ bistro for international customers
Student registration will be opened soon, so stay tuned! Flavoria Innovation Festival is organized in Turku on November 10-14, 2025, and we welcome students from universities, universities of applied sciences and vocational schools.
