Challenge: defining responsibility in restaurant context
We, Unica restaurants, are a restaurant business owned by university students. We serve versatile customer groups in different restaurants, but the majority of our customers are university students. Responsibility is one of our core values, but we feel that there’s a lot of room for learning and improving when it comes to defining and implementing responsibility in the restaurant business.
Hence, we challenge student innovators to find out and to define those practices in the restaurant business that have the biggest impact on sustainable development. Our goal is to find clear approaches and communication strategies that help us and other businesses in our sector to act more responsibly.
