🌱 Explore sustainable, planetary-friendly food choices in a playful way
🎲 Take part in the Planetary Food Game, developed by the Sustainability Research Group of the Nutrition and Food Research Center
This is a low-threshold after event – come as you are, bring your curiosity, and enjoy good food and great company.
What’s happening?
Fish pinsa workshop
A professional chef will prepare fresh fish pinsas on site. Participants can then customize their pinsas by choosing toppings and finishing touches before enjoying them together.
Design your planetary-friendly fish pinsa
In addition to cooking and eating, participants can take part in a creative pinsa design exercise. You’ll design your ideal fish pinsa by considering planetary boundaries, circular economy thinking, and food waste reduction.
Planetary Food Game
Participants can join a discussion-based board game developed by the Sustainability Research Group. Players design meals they could imagine eating regularly, while considering nutrition, environmental limits, and biodiversity impacts. The game is designed to surface trade-offs and spark conversation around food-system choices.
Reflect & reconnect
The afternoon is also a chance to look back at the Flavoria Innovation Festival – Fish Innovation Week 2025, share experiences and highlights from the week, and start building excitement for the Flavoria Innovation Festival 2026.
