For who: Especially food industry students, start-up entrepreneurs and those interested in entrepreneurship, but everyone is welcome.

You can pitch your own idea in the event and get feedback from mentors. If you have a food-related idea or you’ve always dreamed of hosting a pop-up cafe, Turku Food Weeks are coming up in June and provide a great opportunity to test your products. During the event, you’ll hear more about this. There’s also time to have a chat with the mentors.
We also get to hear tips from a startup company POPS! and their story journey from idea to business!

Whether you are a student, considering to become an entrepreneur or a passionate innovator, come and join us in this inspiring event! We want to hear your idea and offer you the possibility to pitch it in the event. There are experienced mentors to give feedback. If you don’t have an idea yet, but wish to use this opportunity to practice pitching, you can pitch for example your thesis idea.

During the event, we will collect a list of topics in which the participants especially need help to advance their product or business idea. We plan to continue organizing this workshop series and offer necessary support in our future events.

Come and follow the pitches, meet new people and to network. You will hear business stories, have a chance to pitch you product or business idea, get to know the mentors during presentations and one-to-ones and have a chat with other participants.
