The Flavoria Innovation Festival, organized by the University of Turku, the WiseFood – Resource-Wise Food Chains project, and the Fish Quality and Marketing Development Program, brought students together to tackle real business challenges from November 10–14, 2025.

Flavoria Innovation Festival, the most exciting event and course of the autumn, comes again on November 10–14, 2025. In addition to sustainability and circular economy, this year’s focus is on fish industry innovations.
This November, student teams get to tackle interesting fish industry challenges related to product development, marketing, package design, export, and internationality.
Flavoria Innovation Festival tackles challenges in the food chain together with companies and students. This year, the focus is on fish industry, specifically on challenges related to innovations, sustainability, and circular economy in the fish industry.
Flavoria Innovation Festival is organized on November 11–15, 2024, in co-operation with the City of Turku. Participants can expect an intensive but rewarding week working on interesting company challenges.
