New applications for the by-product of berry oil extraction
Extraction residue fraction is produced as a by-product of extracting berry oils, and especially a lot of fraction is generated from sea buckthorn. The resulting by-product is nutritionally valuable and contains e.g. dietary fiber, protein and polyphenols. Aromtech is searching out new perspectives on the use and marketing of the by-product in various uses.
